Admission Guidelines
Admission is purely based on merit. Admissions are to be sought through duly filled registration cum admission form, which is to be submitted in School Office on or before the specified date.
Admission in classes Nursery to KG and I to XII will be as per the number of vacancies available.
Admission Age Criteria:
Pre Nursery: 2 yrs 6 months to 3 yrs 6 months
Nursery: 3 yrs 6 month to 4 yrs
K.G.I : 4 yrs to 4 yrs 6 months
K.G.II : 4 yrs 6 months to 5 yrs 6 months
Class-I : 5 yrs 6 months to 6 yrs 6 month
Mandatory documents :
✅ An official Birth Certificate.
✅ Pupils coming from other school must produce Transfer Certificate from the school last attended countersigned by competent authority .
✅ Marksheet / Progress report Card for those candidates who are coming from some other school.
✅ Aadhar Card of Student & Parents.
✅ Photographs of Student (4) & Parents (2)
✅ Samgra ID / SSSM ID
✅ Income Certificate
✅ Authentic Address proof like Voter ID Card, Driving licence, etc
✅ Bank Account No. (Photocopy of Bank Passbook front page)
Admission Procedure :
Classes Nuresy to V
On the basis of queries from intrested parents, they will be given a chance to register in the month of February for new session.
Candidate will have to appear in an Entrance Exam & an Interview.
After qualifying Entrance Exam & Interview candidates shall be eligible for admission.
After submission of fee & mandatory documents admission shall be finalized.
Classes VI to IX & XI
On the basis of queries from intrested parents, they will be given a chance to register in the month of February for new session.
Candidates will have to appear in an entrance exam & an Interview.
After qualifying Entrance Exam , Interview & on the basis of last Class Performance candidates shall be eligible for admission.
After submission of fee & mandatory documents admission shall be finalized.
Classes X to XII
It is mandatory for candidates to fulfill all the Rules & Regulation setup by board for the direct admission in classes X & XII.
On the basis of queries from intrested parents, they will be given a chance to register in the month of February for new session.
Candidates will have to appear in an Entrance Exam & an Interview.
After qualifying Entrance Exam , Interview & on the basis of last class performance candidates shall be eligible for admission.
After submission of fee, mandatory documents & approval from board admission shall be finalized.
The Procedure for Admission into Mid-Year:
We also offers admission into mid-year to students who have valid reasons regarding the change of schools.
The academic fees for the whole year must be paid at the time of admission or in two installments.
